Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Because our plans deliver custom-written work, fees for completed or in-progress content are generally non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a delivered piece, we will revise it within your plan's revision limits to make it right.
Missed deliverables
If we fail to deliver the content included in your plan for a given month, contact us and we will either make up the shortfall or issue a fair credit.
