Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TechOk's content subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

TechOk provides written content on a recurring monthly subscription. The number of posts, word ranges, and revisions are defined by the plan you select.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Deliverables & revisions

We deliver the content included in your plan each month. Each piece includes the number of revision rounds specified by your plan. Requests beyond plan limits may require an upgrade or additional fee.

Content ownership

Once content is delivered and paid for, ownership transfers to you. You are responsible for how the content is used and published.

Acceptable use

You agree not to request content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may decline such requests.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, TechOk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
